Deni Gliddon Deni is the Rehabilitation and Peer Support Manager for Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (formerly the Australian Quadriplegic Association). She has been with the organisation for almost 9 years and over that time has held several positions and undertaken tasks such as travelling throughout NSW to supervise the Regional Officers and visit clients, access auditing training, fundraising activities, as well as providing community support, counselling, co-ordinating consumer committee meetings and assisting on peer support group outings. Deni represents Spinal Cord Injuries Australia on the Steering Committees of the State Spinal Cord Injury Service and three Motor Accident Authority funded programs - the Community Participation Project, the Rural Spinal Cord Injury Project and the Attendant Carers Project. She has also had some practical experience with the Ventilator Dependency Quadriplegia program operated by NSW Health. |
