Disability legislation

Every Commonwealth, State and Territory government has passed legislation making it unlawful to discriminate on the grounds of disability. Links to each government's legislation are below.

Medical Research

On 5 April 2002, States, Territories and the Commonwealth agreed to establish a national approach to banning human cloning and a range of unacceptable practices and to regulate embryonic stem cell research and related matters.
