Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation This site has information on new medical research, grants, living with SCI, public awareness and an advocacy forum. A good source of news from an influential advocate of SCI research and a better quality of life for people with SCI.
Dare to Do Australia A community site providing information and support for people who have been injured as a result of an accident, and for their carers

Disability Rights The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission’s site is a comprehensive look at disability rights and issues.

Motor Neurone Disease Association of Australia Provides information and links to State and Territory organisations.
Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW The Association provides counselling, services, special equipment, support and education to people with motor neurone disease. This site contains a kids section, events calendar and links to MND sites and chatrooms.
Multiple Sclerosis Society of Australia An informative site providing articles and links on a wide variety of issues. Includes links to chat rooms and bulletin boards plus MS Learn Online, a webcast program where experts provide information over video into people’s homes. National Spinal Cord Injury Association (US) A newsy US site containing articles, member’s forums, an e-newsletter, magazine and resource centre.
ParaQuad NSW The Paraplegic and Quadriplegic Association of NSW. ParaQuad offer a range of services for people with SCI. A continuously updated site featuring current news and a good SCI-focused links page.
Paralysis Resource Centre Christopher and Dana Reeve's site contains information from rehabilitation and research to active living and health. The site also has specific information for kids, parents and carers.
Paraplegic Benefit Fund PBF is a charitable fund that campaigns to prevent spinal cord injury.

Rick Hansen Wheels in Motion Canadian Rick Hansen completed the Man in Motion World Tour in 1987, wheeling 40,000 km around the world to raise awareness of the potential of people with disabilities. Since then he has begun the annual Wheels in Motion event to raise funds for spinal cord research and a cure.
